While looking for unique things to do in Pigeon Forge, our family wanted to check out some of the over-the-top mini-golf options. Crave mini-golf offers a delightful twist on the classic mini-golf experience, making it a fantastic family outing. This article will take you through the exciting challenges and great courses at Crave, both indoor and outdoor, and share some historical tidbits along the way.

The course is well laid out as you work your way from one challenging hole to the next. The concrete walls made it easier to utilize for trick shots on my challenging courses.

A Fun Twist on Mini-Golf

Crave mini-golf is not your ordinary putt-putt game. At each hole, players face exciting challenges that add a whole new level of fun to the game. Imagine taking your first swing with your eyes closed or putting with the club’s handle! You might even find yourself spinning around before making your shot. It’s a surprise at every turn, and we couldn’t help but laugh as we discovered the unique challenges awaiting us at each station.

Well-Designed Holes for Everyone

One thing that stands out at Crave is the well-designed holes. They provide just the right amount of challenge to keep things interesting. The special challenges sprinkled throughout the course add an extra layer of excitement. Whether you’re a seasoned mini-golfer or a newbie, you’re sure to have a blast here.

Something else that made the rooftop course more fun, was the challenging holes.

With all of the candy themed props, this anthropomorphic candy house was probably the strangest.

Indoor and Outdoor Fun

Crave offers mini-golf adventures for all seasons. If the weather isn’t cooperating, don’t worry; they have an indoor course. However, it’s worth noting that the industrial ceiling indoors doesn’t quite capture that whimsical “candy land” experience. If the sun is shining, the outdoor course is where you want to be, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

While we didn’t play on the indoor course, I was disappointed by the horizontal layout and the industrial ceiling. I was expecting a more creative approach to the design to match the exterior.

A Warm Family Experience

Our entire family had a great time at Crave mini-golf. However, on a sunny day, we wished there was more shade to escape the heat. It’s a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic family-friendly adventure.

Indoor is filled with all kinds of treats and candy stations. This is also where you purchase you admission to the indoor or outdoor mini-golf, a mini bowling, and escape rooms that are also on the property.
